Purchase Contract The buyer agrees to purchase a puppy with the “temporary name” _____________ for the total amount of $___________ (This does not include shipping fees.) and agrees to print out this form, sign it and send it to the seller (bullyphat), with your deposit of $300. The name of the puppy’s Sire is ______________ and the name of the Dam is ______________. All pups will be sold with breeding rights except for those sold as "Pet Quality". You should inform bullyphat of your intent to breed. If the pup is sold as "Pet Quality", the buyer agrees to spay/neuter the pup before it is 6 months old at the buyer's expense. Failure to do so will result in civil litigation. By signing this agreement you agree to use "bullyphat" as the prefix in the registered name of the puppy. This is a non-refundable deposit if the buyer defaults on the purchase of the puppy. However, the deposit will be returned if we default on the sale of the puppy for any reason other than the buyer’s fault. Puppies are sold on a first come basis, and must be chosen within 48 hours of receipt of deposit or the pick will be given to the next reservation. We require payment in the form of a: Paypal, Western Union or cashier's check. Buyers will be shown available pups at 3 weeks of age. All pups will be paid in full by 6 weeks of age and shipped at 8 weeks of age. The puppies will have their current vaccinations, be in good health and free from infection, worms or contagious disease. The puppy must be examined by a veterinarian within 48 hours after delivery. Denial of this and or medical care, abuse, altering, or breeding without the sellers consent voids this contract. We are not responsible for shipping costs, veterinarian bills, etc. Bullyphat's puppies are guaranteed to be free from life threatening debilitating genetic health problems diagnosed within the 1st year. This guarantee does not cover what is considered normal or beyond our control in the Bulldog breed, i.e.: Cherry eyes, Entropian. Skin allergies or an Umbilical Hernia (an “Outie” belly button) are also not covered. We are not geneticists and cannot predict genetic problems. We do not breed dogs with undesirable conditions such as mange or bad hips, but we cannot guarantee that previous generations from other breeders did not have these conditions in their lines. Therefore we cannot guarantee that these conditions will not show up, unbeknownst to us, in future breeding lines. We cannot guarantee that the dog will not contract mange (Red Mange, Demodex Mange or any type of mite mange). Mange is a multifunctional genetic disease that can be transmitted in a recessive manner. There is a great deal of dispute amongst the experts as to the differing specific causes of mange including but possibly not limited to: Environmental conditions, Stress and Nutrition. Therefore we cannot guarantee against it. A documented listing of defects and vet signature supporting evidence entitles you to a replacement of equal value. We do not provide monetary reimbursement. You must return the puppy with paperwork before you can make your selection from the replacement litter. This guarantee is not transferable from the original purchaser.
